1. QUOTATION VALIDITY
Quotation’s are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue. After this time, pricing may be subject to change without notice.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
Quotation’s are based on the drawings, files, and specifications provided. Any changes to scope, design, quantities, or materials may result in additional charges.
3. MATERIALS
Unless otherwise stated, all materials are to be supplied as specified in the quotation. Variations in material thickness, quality, or condition may affect the final outcome and may incur additional costs.
4. CUSTOMER SUPPLIED MATERIALS
All customer-supplied materials are machined at the client’s risk. While all reasonable care is taken during handling and processing, CNC Knife & Router Cutting PTY LTD accepts no liability for damage, machining errors, or defects arising during cutting, routing, or fabrication.
Replacement costs for customer-supplied materials will not be covered under any circumstances.
Liability, where applicable, is strictly limited to the machining cost only.
5. FILES ARTWORK
Clients are responsible for ensuring all supplied files, drawings, and dimensions are accurate and correct. CNC Knife & Router Cutting PTY LTD is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
6. TOLERANCES
All machining is carried out to standard industry tolerances unless otherwise specified. Minor variations may occur depending on material type and machining process.
7. DELIVERY & LEAD TIMES
Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only and are subject to workload, material availability, and project complexity. CNC Knife & Router Cutting PTY LTD is not liable for delays outside of its control.
8. DAMAGE OR LOSS
Risk in goods passes to the client upon completion of machining or dispatch. Any damage occurring during transport must be claimed with the carrier.
9. PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are COD. A credit application form can supplied for 7 day or 14 day term requests.
Work may not commence until payment terms are accepted.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By approving a quotation, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions outlined above.
